Tax Processing & Reporting: We provide your entire tax solution with comprehensive servicing for property and sales tax needs, on an accrual versus cash basis. Property tax servicing includes escrow; process and payment of tax bills; and filing and allocation of taxes back to Lessees. Sales tax servicing includes accurate and timely filing, allocation of taxes back to Lessees, and a monthly spreadsheet of taxes paid on your behalf.

Client/Investor Reporting: Our reporting packages provide accurate, easy-to-understand information on daily transactions, delinquency updates, roll-forward and trial balances.
