Once a lien is paid in full, our termination services include the necessary documentation to release the lien back to the customer.

Title Documentation: We hold and manage the title to the asset throughout the life of a lease or loan. For expired leases, we also manage the sale of the asset to the lessee or other outside parties. Once ownership is established, we handle the documentation required by the various regulatory bodies to transfer title and registration to the new owner.
