As part of our efforts to provide premier inventory financing, we’ve enhanced our on-line account management capabilities to better facilitate the flow of funds between our manufacturer and distribution channel customers and us. Today, our distribution finance customers have password-protected online access to the following advanced technology features:

Online Account Statements: Our on-line account statements let dealers view invoice details and check account status and available credit. Manufacturers can generate outstanding stock reports that can help them accurately assess and forecast repurchase obligations.

Online Bill Paying: With our on-line bill paying, dealers can make payments electronically, a much faster and more cost-efficient means of paying than postal mail. Moreover, on-line bill paying enables immediate payment posting, which minimizes interest accrual and maximizes credit availability.

Online Shipping Approvals: Our on-line shipping approvals speed inventory delivery by providing fast, three-way notification of credit availability. First, the manufacturer submits a “good to ship” request number on behalf of the distributor. Then, we grant funding approval to ship and notify the dealer the moment the order ships.

Electronic Invoicing: Because prompt, accurate invoicing is critical to everyone’s success, we offer three electronic invoicing options to meet our inventory financing customer needs. Our standard EDI810 process is for those who currently have EDI infrastructure in place. Our In-Network Translation enables transmission of a proprietary flat file to a secure intermediary for translating data to standard EDI format. Our secure Extranet Server Exchange is for those who prefer to use FTP protocols to move data across the Internet.

Paperless Inspection: For those industries that require inspection, our automated inventory verification technology makes the process much easier. Using a hand-held computer, our field representatives conduct inventory inspections in far less time—and with far greater accuracy—than pen and paper permit.
